File Retrieval Service (Past Clients)

 

In some cases it is possible to retrieve documents from closed client files. The procedure is as follows:

 

  1. Email your request to mmurphy@datzfoundation.org. Be as specific as possible about name(s), state, and year.

  2. We will reply within forty-eight hours and advise you whether we have the file and the requested document. In some cases, files and individual documents have been purged.

  3. If we indicate that the document is available, remit a check for $50 to the Datz Foundation. We will then provide you with a copy of the requested document.
